This home was built in the late1990’s and came with its own problematic details typical of the era.
The home was reclad under a building consent and underwent a full internal makeover including a new kitchen, bathrooms, floor coverings and interior paint.
The roof was completely rebuilt. The chosen cladding was the standard pine bevelback weatherboards.
The project was a success, it took 14 weeks to complete, and the homeowners were very happy with the final result.
