Deck rebuild and membrane replacement
We were engaged to rebuild the living room deck, add a fall, upgrade the membrane, add a floating tile deck, and redesign the handrails.
The original home was built in the 1990’s of treated timber framing and solid plaster cladding.
The project was carried out under a scaffold and shrink wrap to allow for a seamless flow, given there were 8 trades involved and it was at the tail end of winter.
The deck was completed in good time, looks great and performs as it should do.
A job well done by the team, and the clients were very easy to deal with.
