Deck membrane replacement. Install a new capital TPO membrane and reclad the deck area.
We were engaged by the client to rebuild the deck, which incorporated a new TPO membrane, floating tile deck and replace the existing Shadowclad cladding.
The existing butynol membrane was past it's use-by date and had failed allowing water ingress to the kitchen below.
We opted for a full shrink wrap as the project was going to be carried out over a number of weeks involving various trades and lead times.
The project went seamlessly, and the client was very happy with the outcome.
