We were engaged to carry out the application of a liquid membrane to some of the failed butynol gutters, and to repoint & repaint the concrete tile roofs and metal flashings.

The project was hampered by a wet period over a prolonged number of weeks; however, we persevered and completed the project in good time. The clients were very happy with the result, especially given the age of the roof and the duration since the previous repaint. The new colour scheme made the roof & flashings stand out against the rest of the building.
