I dealt with Craig from 445 Property Group when the membrane on my upper deck broke down. Craig replied to my initial enquiry the same day, came out to have a look, sent me the quote and had completed the job within 2 weeks – which considering Auckland’s weather was somewhat of a miracle. The job looks great, well prepared, and well repaired. Just waiting for a downpour for the final check but I have no doubt at all that my problem is now a thing of the past.
